1. Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be marked as a "no-show" and may not be eligible for a refund. We value your time, and we appreciate the same in return.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Refunds are not issued for completed services or dissatisfaction unrelated to medical care or service quality.

Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days after review. Clients will be notified of the outcome via email.
