At Foot Care Nursing with Gellis, we are committed to providing high-quality foot care services with professionalism and compassion. Your satisfaction and well-being are important to us. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding service cancellations, refunds, and missed appointments.

1. Service-Based Business

As a service-based business, our work is based on time, professional expertise, and individualized care. Therefore, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been provided.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • If you cancel within the 24-hour window or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may waive the fee at our discretion.

3. Refunds Before Service

  • If a payment is made in advance (e.g., via e-transfer) and the appointment is canceled with more than 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued or the appointment will be rescheduled based on your preference.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, a partial refund may be issued, less a small administrative fee.

4. Refunds After Service

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We do not offer full refunds after services are rendered, but we are happy to discuss your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a follow-up consultation or correction at no additional cost.

5. Missed Appointments

  • Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

6. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies can happen. We handle refund and cancellation situations with empathy and fairness. If you believe you deserve an exception to our policy, please reach out to us directly.
