Foot Care Nursing with Gellis provides professional, mobile foot care services to clients in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our services include nail care, corn and callus removal, diabetic foot care, ingrown toenail care, and more.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian
Understand and agree to these Terms
Have disclosed any relevant medical history that may impact your treatment

3. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
A fee may be charged for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.

4. Health & Safety

We adhere to all public health, infection control, and safety standards.
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to the treatment.
In the event of a medical emergency, we may advise you to seek care from a physician or specialist.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, or other options as discussed.
A receipt can be provided for reimbursement or insurance purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, Foot Care Nursing with Gellis is not liable for:

Any complications resulting from undisclosed medical information
Injuries or health issues arising after the treatment due to client negligence or non-compliance with post-care instructions
Delays or service disruptions due to factors beyond our control

7. Privacy

Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable health privacy laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, and logos—is the property of Foot Care Nursing with Gellis and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Service Area

We currently serve clients in Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Toronto, and Etobicoke. We reserve the right to adjust our service areas based on demand and availability.
